Child Policy
Please carry valid age proof for all children.
Original Birth Certificate (in English) is mandatory for infants.
Children below 5 years are generally complimentary without an extra bed (except Chitwan, where charges may apply as per hotel policy).
Children aged 5–10 years will be charged as Child Without Bed (CNB) unless otherwise specified.
Children above 10 years will be considered adults and charged accordingly.
Travel Guidelines
Indian adults must carry a valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity) or Original Voter ID for air travel to Nepal.
For children below 18 years, a School/College ID along with a Bonafide Certificate is required.
Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Driving Licence are NOT valid travel documents for air travel to Nepal.
Indian currency regulations and customs rules may change from time to time. Travellers are advised to check the latest guidelines before departure and carry only permitted currency and valuables as per Nepal Government regulations.
