Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
In case of confirmation payment policy will be as under.
25% of total package cost need to be transfer in order to get proper confirmation.
25% of payment should be done prior 15 days
Rest 50% of payment should be done before 05 days of travel.
Cancellation Policy:-
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be informed in writing .Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive an email or a letter in writing.
Cancellation charges applicable would be as follows
20 Days & Prior to Arrival 10% of the tour/Service cost
15 Days to 10 Days prior to arrival 20% of the tour /service cost
10 days to 07Days prior to Arrival 50 % of the tour/service cost
Within 07 days full retention and no refund will be applicable
Note: In case of Luxury 4 Star and 5 Star properties cancellation will be applicable as per hotel policy. Please note if payment is done through Credit card and in case of cancellation 5% amount will be deducted as Credit card fee which we have to bear for the transaction.
